Andi is a highly skilled chef with over 25 years of experience, including time spent in Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury chalets, and on world-class super yachts.

His cooking is Mediterranean in style; seasonal, colourful and full of life, inspired by a deep appreciation for the joy of sharing food. By selecting only the finest produce at its peak, he creates dishes with a real depth of flavour that honour the ingredient above all else.

From relaxed, sun-drenched family feasts to elegant tasting menus, every experience is tailored, personal, and unforgettable.

In addition to private dinner parties, we cater for weddings and corporate events. We love the variety of it all. •

— A Feast for The Eyes.

We are a husband-and-wife team delivering exceptional private dining experiences across Cornwall and beyond. Our journey has taken us around the world, shaping the way we cook, host, and connect.

We met while working at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen, an experience that deeply rooted our respect for exceptional provenance and strong supplier relationships.

Following our wedding in 2013, a honeymoon through the South of France and Italy sparked a new chapter. We left Fifteen to begin an adventure in the Mediterranean. From elite super yachts in Ibiza and the South of France to luxury chalets in the mountains of Verbier, we catered for discerning clients accustomed to the highest standards. •

What Drives Us

  • At the heart of our business is a simple belief: nature knows best. We work in tune with the seasons, sourcing ingredients only when they are at their most vibrant and flavourful. To Andi, food is not about being fussy; it is about the rhythm of the seasons and making the most of the unique bounty they offer.

Because he believes the best food is driven by what is fresh today, we don’t offer fixed menus. Instead, every menu is a bespoke collaboration, crafted specifically for you.

  • By combining Andi’s elite culinary expertise with Kirsty’s refined front-of-house service, we bring the precision of a luxury restaurant directly into the comfort of your home.

With over 25 years of experience, Andi has honed his skills in Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury chalets, and on world-class superyachts. Kirsty complements this with warmth, precision, and polish.

As an accomplished restaurant manager, trained sommelier, and barista, her meticulous attention to detail ensures every element is seamless, from perfectly paired wines to attentive, welcoming service. Together, we form a "dynamic duo," creating a dining experience that is both effortlessly professional and beautifully stylish.

  • Based in St Agnes, Cornwall, we are proud to champion the incredible Cornish produce on our doorstep. Whether it’s wandering down the lane to collect organic harvests from Goonown Growers or sourcing fresh fish from Chapel Porth or Newlyn, we believe the best ingredients require very little interference.

We work within some of Cornwall’s most beautiful homes and travel further afield. We are also happy to offer a touch of concierge insight, whether you need advice on the best local restaurants, a recommendation for a brilliant surf instructor, or hidden gems to explore nearby.

Before going freelance, Andi spent two years cheffing at Nancarrow Farm, where he perfected the art of the wedding feast. Most of the cooking at Nancarrow is done outdoors over charcoal; Andi has become a master of BBQ (anytime of the year). Whether he’s catering for a quiet elopement or a rowdy marquee celebration for 150 guests, Andi stays cool, calm, and collected. He loves a challenge, so you can rest easy knowing your big day is in very safe hands.

In addition to our private events, we run ‘The Mindful Menu’, an in-house staff kitchen for the teams at Finisterre and Surfers Against Sewage. We provide them with freshly produced lunches, coffees and snacks, lovingly produced and changed daily.
